1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lifeline OSH Consultancy website, and your engagement with any of our services, including but not limited to safety consultancy, personalized safety training, webinars and podcast content, safety quiz events, workshops and conferences, the Safety Book Series, PPE sales, and the Pay It Forward sponsorship program.

By accessing our website, booking a service, making a purchase, or registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Lifeline OSH Consultancy

Lifeline OSH Consultancy ("Lifeline OSH," "we," "us," "our") is an occupational health and safety consultancy providing services including, but not limited to, safety consultancy, training, sponsorship, events, publishing, and PPE sales to individuals and organizations.

3. Eligibility

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing our services with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or employer where applicable. Certain services, such as Pay It Forward sponsorship or training programs, may have additional eligibility criteria, which will be communicated separately.

4. Our Services

4.1 Safety Consultancy Services
Consultancy engagements are scoped and agreed upon individually with each client. The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for consultancy work will be set out in a separate proposal, agreement, or statement of work, which forms part of these Terms once signed or accepted by both parties.

4.2 Personalized Safety Training
Training programs are tailored to client needs following an assessment process. Course content, duration, and certification outcomes will be confirmed prior to enrolment. Successful completion of certain courses may be required to sit qualifying examinations.

4.3 Webinars and Podcast
Webinars and podcast content are provided for general informational and educational purposes. Registration may be required for live webinars. Content is subject to change or cancellation at our discretion.

4.4 Safety Quiz Events
Quiz events are open to registered participants in accordance with the rules of the relevant division (Lightweight or Heavyweight). Lifeline OSH reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify participants for misconduct, and determine final scoring decisions.

4.5 Workshops and Conferences
Registration for workshops and conferences is subject to availability and, where applicable, payment of applicable fees. Event schedules, speakers, and content are subject to change. Certificates of attendance are issued at our discretion based on participation requirements.

4.6 Safety Book Series
Books published under the Lifeline OSH Safety Book Series are sold for educational and reference purposes. Content reflects general best practice and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice specific to any jurisdiction or workplace.

4.7 PPE Sales
Product descriptions, certifications, and specifications for PPE items are provided to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. Customers are responsible for ensuring selected PPE is appropriate for their specific workplace hazards; where guidance is needed, customers should consult our OSH advisors before purchase.

4.8 Pay It Forward Program
The Pay It Forward sponsorship program is offered at Lifeline OSH's sole discretion, based on selection criteria we determine. Submission of an application does not guarantee sponsorship. Selected candidates may be subject to additional terms specific to the sponsorship agreement.

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1 All prices for consultancy services, training programs, PPE products, books, and event registrations are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed.

5.2 Payment must be made in full, or as otherwise agreed in a signed proposal or invoice, before services are rendered, training commences, products are shipped, or event access is granted, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.

5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of services or products.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation and refund terms vary by service type and will be specified at the time of booking or purchase.

6.2 Training program and event cancellations made by the client may be subject to partial or full forfeiture of fees depending on the notice period provided, as outlined in the specific program or event terms.

6.3 PPE product returns are subject to our product return guidelines, which will be made available separately. Certain PPE items may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons once opened.

6.4 Lifeline OSH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training, webinar, workshop, or conference due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or operational requirements. In such cases, affected participants will be offered a refund, credit, or alternative date.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Lifeline OSH website and within our training materials, books, podcast episodes, webinars, and event materials including text, graphics, logos, course content, and publications is the property of Lifeline OSH Consultancy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Lifeline OSH content without our prior written consent, except where explicitly permitted (e.g., personal use of purchased training materials).

7.3 The Lifeline OSH name, logo, and associated branding (including the Safety Book Series and Pay It Forward branding) are trademarks of Lifeline OSH Consultancy and may not be used without authorization.

8. Client and User Responsibilities

When engaging Lifeline OSH services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services, registering for events, or applying for programs
• Use our website, training materials, and published content only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, eligibility, or identity when applying for sponsorship, training, or certification
• Cooperate reasonably during consultancy engagements, including providing necessary access and information for accurate assessments
• Use PPE products in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable safety regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Lifeline OSH Consultancy provides services, training, and published content based on professional expertise and industry best practice. However, occupational health and safety outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including implementation by the client.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifeline OSH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, training content, publications, or products.

9.3 Our liability for any claim arising from a paid service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific service.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Disclaimer

10.1 While Lifeline OSH Consultancy strives for accuracy and excellence in all consultancy advice, training content, publications, and PPE recommendations, occupational health and safety regulations vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. Clients and customers remain responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

10.2 Content shared through our webinars, podcast, and Safety Book Series is provided for general educational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for tailored professional consultancy advice specific to your workplace.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website or content may contain links to third-party websites or services. Lifeline OSH is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and encourages users to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Termination

Lifeline OSH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, website, or programs, including the Pay It Forward sponsorship, if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to Lifeline OSH, its staff, clients, or community.

13. Governing Law
